How do you tell the difference between a 2004 and 2004.5 Mistubishi Endeavor?
Q. I am test driving one today and might buy it soon. There are really two different models for 2004, the regular 2004 and the 2004.5. How do you tell the difference? Of course it is a legit question. I need to know how to tell the difference because the 2004.5 addressed/fixed some of the original 2004 shortcomings. I need to know how to tell the difference between the two.

A. Check the vin and cross reference with the mfg records or look at the boiler plate on the drivers side door jam. There you will find the actual date of manufacture.

A. First of all, NO...(unfortunately) NOT all trims levels of the Z have the Navigation System. While all the trim levels (Base, Enthusiast, Performance, Track, Roadster) had the same 287 HP engine, each trim gets a different goodie. I.E. Track gets rear spoiler and Brembro Brakes, lower trim levels don't. My 2005 Base Model doesn't get the Navi system, Traction Control (arrgh!), Bose Stereo, etc.

What is the radio fuse labelled in a 2004 chevy malibu?
Q. i have a 2004 malibu and my radio seems to be broken because it keeps saying check disc. the motor that ejects the disc keeps running and kills my battery. i have checked both fuse boxes but i don't know what the radio fuse is labelled. any help is appreciated.

A. you have to pull the steering wheel ,but first you have to disconnect the battery in it then remove the air bag and unplug it being really careful with it,then behind the steering wheel is the clock spring,you,ll need a good steering wheel puller and a lot of patience,and a good repair manual,i would never start any job like that without one,you can do it though i have seen a lot of people change their own and do a good job on it,the part can be bought at a dealer,i wouldn't go with a used one not on this part,its to much trouble to take back out,good luck.

A. I wouldn't if I were you based on what you said about the car. Those warranties are complete garbage. Look at the fine print about what they will and will not coverage. Consumer Reports rated that vehicle to be very reliable. I have owned Audi's since the 80's and have had very little trouble with them. You have an awesome car. Wait until you drive it in the snow for the first time with the 4 wheel drive system. It will give you the biggest smile on your face. Hope you enjoy it!

A. Have a mechanic install new shocks/struts. These control the rebound on the suspension, and when they wear out your car will bounce a bit more. One way to test if your shocks/struts need to be replaced is to push down that corner of your car with your body, then let go; your car should pop right back up to its normal height and stop without any further motion. be careful not to crumple your fender when performing this test, though.
