What are your options when the government is a thief and will not return what it stole?
Q. Obviously taking the government to court is a non starter in the country where the government appoints the judges. Clearly if you do not have the means to pursue the government on an international arena, the only solution is peaceful non payment of anything which the government thinks you owe it in the future. That being all future avoidable taxes of any kind, including any fines or government duties. If the government does not play fair, then the only solution is to make the government redundant. Does anyone have a more acceptable solution to resolving this form of conflict? (short of stealing from the government?) Some judges may be independent, but you can be sure that lawyers are not able to act without conflicting interest. As… [cont.]

Why is the government giving exemptions promoting people to take the swine flu vaccination?
Q. I also read that the CDC is giving $50.00 for people to attend seminars about the swine flu and $50.00 to take the shot. Something does not sound right. Why would the government pay us to take a vaccination?

A. The last time they came up with a vaccination for H1N1 it killed more people then the H1N1 virus did (27 from the vaccine I believe). The common flu kills something like 30,000 people annually... H1N1 kills a couple hundred a decade (guessing). Knowing that is enough to know that you should stay away from any government related H1N1 anything.

What is so different between the Government and the mafia?
Q. What is so different between the Government and the mafia? Both use scare mongering to extort as much money from their victims as possible. Both try to justify their actions by claiming the money they take from innocents is for our protection. Both claim to have the support of the people. Both will do violence and/or imprison us if we do not pay them. Both want as much power over us as possible. Non-Governmental business and individuals on the other hand allow us to trade with them voluntarily. They actually produce things of value they sell to us. Whereas, Governments (like the Mafia) only steal, pocket for themselves and redistribute the wealth earned by others.

A. The United States government is a presidential system (though that doesn't mean president-centered). Most governments in the world are parliamentary. The main difference arises from the different strengths of parties in the United States versus other countries. In other countries, you essentially vote for a political party when you vote in an election -- not a specific candidate. When you vote for a party, you vote for a list of candidates that party has put forward, where the parties have ranked people in the order they prefer. Let's take the United Kingdom as a working example (we'll only work with the three biggest parties represented in Parliament for simplicity's sake). You could vote for the Labour Party's list of candidates, the… [cont.]

Q. I read a book called liberal fascism and it explained to me everything why modern liberals are the way they are because most of their big government ideas came from the fascist ideas that emerged in the beginning of the twentieth century. It explains why they want to ban smoking and fast foods and have a irrational fear that anyone that has christian values wants to force them to join. There whole belief structer resolves around the idea that government has the power to shape our lives and society into whatever form the government wants it to be.

What about a government that allows vets to become homeless and does nothing?
Q. I've read stories of vets coming home from Iraq and ending up on the street. This seems to be true for Vietnam vets and those in World War II. Of course it is those who have much difficulty in getting results that we hear from more loudly and more often. I would advise women whose husband's have high levels of disability, especially Vietnam vets, to do everything you can to be financially prepared for living on your own. Be familiar with what DIC is and that if you do not have additional income you will be living at close to poverty level. Lucky us who are old enough to have social security as well! This proves that these banks need oversight or babysitting to keep this from happening again. You know what they say...when the cat is away, the mice will play.
